JOB DESCRIPTION:As Senior E-Commerce Cyber Fraud Specialist in Abbott Product Cybersecurity team, you will work closely with global business teams to prevent, detect, and respond to instances of cyber fraud across multiple international e-commerce sites and customer support solutions.You will work with teams during the development of new e-commerce sites and online customer support initiatives to ensure that the appropriate cyber fraud prevention and detection controls have been implemented and new online platforms are resistant to cyber fraud by design.You will monitor cyber fraud intelligence, analyze and correlate multiple data resources, detect and triage cyber fraud events, drive cyber fraud remediation activities, and provide recommendations and reporting on online cyber fraud posture to business and technology teams.You will strategically partner with teams globally across Abbott to prevent and mitigate cyber fraud.ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the Senior Cyber Fraud Specialist include:Serve as a subject matter resource on e-commerce cyber fraud threats and countermeasuresProvide guidance on policies and procedures related to the prevention of online cyber fraudProvide guidance to technology, business, and operations teams on preventing e-commerce cyber fraudPerform cyber fraud threat modelling activitiesOnboard e-commerce and customer support applications for cyber fraud monitoringUtilize tools and data analysis to monitor, detect, and respond to online cyber fraudExplore opportunities to establish, tune, and enhance e-commerce cyber fraud detection capabilitiesDevelop and maintain cyber fraud detection and incident response playbooksLead online cyber fraud incident identification and containmentPerform deep data analysis to draw fact-based conclusions on cyber fraud eventsProvide concise incident updates and communications to managementAnalyze online cyber fraud root causes, trends, and systematic issuesDiscover tactics, techniques, and procedures employed by cyber fraud actorsStay informed of cyber threat intelligence related to cyber fraudPeriodically report on the cyber fraud posture of each e-commerce environmentQualificationsWith 4 to 7 year of experience in Cybersecurity domain, at least three years of experience in banking or e-commerce anti-fraud or cybersecurity.Understand the techniques, tools, and procedures used by cyber fraud actorsProfessional experience in generation or use of cyber fraud threat intelligenceProfessional experience developing and maintaining cyber incident response processes and playbooksFamiliarity with digital investigation, data management, and scripting utilitiesFamiliarity with the cyber threat modeling processesDemonstrated experience working in collaborative roles across multiple teamsExcellent written and oral communication skillsUniversity degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Assurance, or related disciplineProfessional experience with cyber fraud detection platforms (e.g. Accertify, Kount) preferredProfessional experience optimizing the use of bot protection tools (e.g. reCAPTCHA) preferredPast involvement with the Financial Services or Retail & Hospitality ISAC preferredThe base pay for this position is N/AIn specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.JOB FAMILY: Information Risk & Quality AssuranceDIVISION: BTS Business Technology ServicesLOCATION: India
