Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering Strong theoretical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles Good analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies Roles And Responsibilities Assist in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical and civil engineering projects Conduct research to gather data and prepare reports Assist in the preparation of technical drawings and specifications Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers on various tasks Support the project team with quality control and project documentation Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices Participate in site visits and inspections
