Now, we're poised for explosive growth, and we need you to help us tell our story and lead our marketing team to the next level.Job DescriptionWe are searching for a bright and motivated Semi-CA qualified candidate to join our growing Finance team as an Assistant Manager. You will play a vital role in supporting the Finance Manager with a variety of financial tasks and projects.Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
  • Participate in the budgeting process and monitor adherence to budgets.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments.
  • Assist with cash flow management and reconciliation.
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Operations) to gather financial data.
  • Prepare tax returns and other regulatory filings (with guidance from senior team members).
  • Analyze financial data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in month-end closing procedures.
  • Perform other ad-hoc financial tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Semi-CA qualified (CA Intermediate or equivalent).
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a finance role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
