- Manage end-to-end payroll processes for a high volume of employees across multiple
and regulations. * Utilize HRIS systems to maintain employee records, process payroll transactions, andgenerate reports as needed. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, finance, and client servicesteams, to gather payroll inputs, resolve discrepancies, and address client-specific
requirements. * Stay updated on relevant labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliancerequirements across different geographies, ensuring adherence to statutory obligations. * Handle inquiries and requests from employees and clients regarding payroll matters,providing timely and accurate responses and resolving issues effectively. * Conduct periodic audits and reviews of payroll data to identify errors, discrepancies, orareas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as necessary. * Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for payroll processes,ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance with internal controls. * Serve as a subject matter expert on payroll-related topics, providing guidance, training,and support to team members and internal stakeholders. * Maintain confidentiality and data security protocols in handling sensitive payrollinformation and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.Responsibilities:
