• Fulfill skill building requirements & use training as a retention mechanism
• Manage the process of identifying external trainers/ programmes for the company
• Support the content customization process as well as the nominations process for

• Monitor the quality & satisfaction level with the programmes conducted
• Build new internal capability for training & development and enhance the business

• Report progress against training calendar & events on a monthly basis
• Monitor performance feedback on training programmes
• Conceptualize mechanisms to enhance transfer of learning to the workplace
• Coordinate & implement special projects for the HR function on a case to case basis
• Responsible for Conducting Employee engagement activities.
