As a Sales/Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales and marketing efforts of our plastics division. This is a senior-level position, requiring 7 to 10 years of experience in the industry. The job location is Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. This is a full-time position.Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience as a Sales/Marketing Manager in the plastics industry
  • Strong understanding of the recycling industry and its market dynamics
  • Excellent knowledge of reporting and analysis to drive sales and marketing strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Flexibility with work timings to accommodate client needs
  • Good learning skills to keep up with industry advancements
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives in the plastics industry
  • Manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to drive results and meet targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and forge strong relationships with clients in the plastics industry
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and operations, to optimize customer satisfaction and retention
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies
  • Monitor and report on sales and marketing metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Stay informed about latest developments and advancements in the plastics industry to provide expertise and guidance
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and conferences to network and expand business opportunities
