This full-time, mid-level position requires a proactive and results-driven professional to enhance our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive lead generation strategies that meet our growth targets.Qualifications and Skills
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (Mandatory skill) to effectively identify and connect with potential clients.
  • Experience with email marketing automation (Mandatory skill) tools to design, launch, and optimize campaigns for lead nurturing and engagement.
  • Expertise in content marketing (Mandatory skill) strategies to attract and retain potential leads through compelling content creation.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Ability to perform data analysis to assess lead quality and campaign effectiveness, enabling data-driven decision making.
  • Experience with social media advertising to create targeted campaigns that reach and convert the desired audience.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing to optimize marketing efforts and improve conversion rates through experimentation.
  • Skills in customer relationship management to maintain and foster long-term client relationships and increase retention.
