Get to know us at genpact.com and on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Facebook.Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant POWER APPS Developer/Sr.DeveloperIn this role, you will work on the technical design and delivery of a POWER APPS and design the/implement the solutions using Power AppsResponsibilitiesCreate Canvas and Model-driven apps and automate workflows with Power Automate (Flow).Connect apps to data sources like Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and Dynamics 365.: Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, UI/UX, and technical solutions.Identify, debug, and resolve issues within existing Power Platform applications.Implement app security roles, environment management, and data policies.Experience with JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and SQL. Pro-code experience (C#, Azure Functions) is highly valued for extending app functionality.Drive testing and reconciliation strategy: side‑by‑side validation between Oracle EIS and Power BI, defect triage, and sign‑off criteria with business stakeholders.Familiarity with the starter kit, governance, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum QualificationsBE/B Tech/MCAExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Qualifications/ SkillsStrong, hands‑on expertise with Power BI (enterprise modeling, DAX, Power Query, performance optimization, workspace and security administration).Strong experience with Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps)Experience with Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automationKnowledge of Microsoft Dataverse Data modeling and integrationFamiliarity with Microsoft Power Platform Components and architectureWorking knowledge of the REST API and other custom connectorsExperience in Functional Testing of Power Apps solutionsAbility to validate business rules, workflows, and automationExperience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination with business usersKnowledge of Test Case Design, Test Scenarios, and Test Data PreparationDefect tracking and management using tools like Jira or Azure DevOpsWhy join Genpact?
