- Install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
- Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability of IT services.
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, DNS, DHCP, and file servers.
- Handle data backups, disaster recovery, and data security protocols.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Install and update software applications and security patches.
- Manage IT asset inventory, licensing, and documentation.
- Ensure cybersecurity best practices including antivirus, firewall, and vulnerability management.
- Coordinate with external vendors for procurement, AMC, and support contracts.
- Provide end-user support for hardware, software, email, VPN, and network connectivity issues.
- Implement IT policies and standards as per company guidelines.
- Maintain access control systems, biometric systems, and CCTV monitoring solutions.
- Ensure proper functioning and uptime of internet connectivity, firewall, and VPN solutions.
- Windows Server Administration (2016/2019/2022)
- Active Directory, Group Policy Management
- Office 365 Administration
- Network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewall)
- Hardware troubleshooting (Servers, Laptops, Printers, Scanners)
- Cybersecurity fundamentals
- Backup and Disaster Recovery Management
- IT Documentation and Asset Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience in IT support in a corporate/manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
