- Merges technical performance marketing with aggressive business development and funnel optimization.
- Content & Campaign Synergy: Leading the creation of multi-format digital assets that fuel high-converting performance campaigns.
- Strategic Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for external partners to drive lead volume and quality.
- Full-Funnel Ownership: Moving beyond lead generation to manage the "last mile"—collaborating with tele-sales teams to ensure high closure rates.
- Oversee the end-to-end creation of digital content (video, static, interactive) tailored for various channels like Emails; in-app; RCS; Whatsapp; Push Notifications etc
- Launch and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and high engagement metrics.
- Partner Management
- Serve as the dedicated SPOC for digital partners and aggregators, negotiating placements and driving mutually beneficial growth strategies.
- Identify new digital avenues and partnerships to diversify lead sources and lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Journey Development & UX Optimization
- Map and build seamless customer journeys
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages and communication flows to reduce drop-offs and improve the "intent" of generated leads.
- Work closely with the Tele-calling/Inside Sales team to monitor lead-to-call ratios and conversion health.
- Translate "on-ground" feedback from sales agents into marketing refinements, ensuring the funnel stays "warm" and efficient.
- 5-6 years of experience in Digital/Performance Marketing, preferably within BFSI, Fintech, Insurtech, or high-velocity E-commerce.
- MBA from tier 1 institute
- Proven track record of managing large-scale performance budgets with a focus on ROI and bottom-line growth.
- Demonstrated experience in a role that required cross-functional collaboration between Marketing and Sales/Operations.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Programmatic platforms.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics) and CRM/CDP software
- Strong understanding of funnel math: CTR, CPL, CPV, CAC
- The "Hustle" Factor: A sales-oriented mindset with the ability to negotiate and influence external partners.
- Creative Eye: Ability to brief and critique creative teams to produce "thumb-stopping" content.
- Analytical Rigor: Ability to find the "story" in the data and pivot strategies in real-time.
