Job Description :Role OverviewThe UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating user-centric designs for CRM systems, dashboards, enterprise applications, and websites. The role requires strong expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and UI design using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with product managers, business analysts, and developers to translate requirements into intuitive user experiences.Design wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups for web and mobile applications.Create engaging dashboards, CRM interfaces, and responsive websites aligned with business objectives.Deliver pixel-perfect UI designs consistent with brand guidelines.Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to improve designs.Stay updated on UI/UX trends, best practices, and design standards.Work closely with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.Prepare design documentation, style guides, and design system assets.Requirements4–6 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer in IT services, SaaS, or digital products.Strong portfolio showcasing wireframes, dashboards, CRM interfaces, and website designs.Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design/prototyping tools.Good understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and user-centered design principles.Strong knowledge of enterprise workflows, CRM, and ERP applications is a plus.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
