Job Description :We are in search of a meticulous and proactive Commercial Executive with a strong background in SAP FICO and Microsoft Excel to provide support for our commercial operations. The ideal candidate will be tasked with pricing, billing, sales data analysis, and financial reporting, ensuring adherence to both internal and external regulations.Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and process sales orders, billing, and invoicing using SAP
  • Utilize Excel to analyze commercial data and generate reports (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, etc.)
  • Support pricing strategy by maintaining price lists and discount structures
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure order fulfillment and revenue tracking
  • Monitor outstanding receivables and aid in collection follow-ups
  • Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Ensure accurate recording of all commercial transactions in accordance with company policies
  • Generate regular and ad hoc reports on sales performance, customer accounts, and profitability
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce
  • 3+ years of experience in a commercial or finance support role
  • Proficiency in SAP
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards; macros will be an added advantage)
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
