ServiceNow Architect

• Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD, ITSM, and related modules.
• Design and optimize workflows, integrations, and solutions using ServiceNow Integration Hub and Flow Designer.
• Develop and implement custom applications using the App Engine to address specific business needs.
• Configure integration connections using REST, SOAP, JDBC, FTP, and other protocols, leveraging out-of-the-box and custom spokes as required.
• Oversee the development and customization of Employee Service Portals within HRSD, ensuring alignment with user needs.
• Manage complex workflows, including HR lifecycle events, and integrate with third-party systems like Azure AD, Okta, and Workday.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols, including OAuth 2.0, JWT, and API key management.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements for ongoing optimization.
• Establish coding standards, best practices, and documentation for workflows, configurations, and integration designs.
• Research and recommend new functionalities to deliver business value.

• Experience:

• Minimum 8+ years on the ServiceNow platform, with significant hands-on expertise in HRSD, ITSM, CSM, GRC, and integrations.
• Proven track record of managing ServiceNow upgrades for complex and customer-specific instances.
• Technical Expertise:

• Strong experience in Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and scripting (JavaScript, JSON, XML).
• Proficiency in REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and web service protocols.
• Deep knowledge of HRSD plugins (e.g., HR Core, HR Integrations, Lifecycle Events).
• Hands-on experience in CMDB, Asset Management, and Discovery.
• Extensive experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Skilled in creating import sets, transform maps, and ensuring data integrity.
• Security:

• Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, JWT, and related security frameworks.
• Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM, HRSD, Integration Hub.
• CAD (Certified Application Developer) is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale ServiceNow HR implementations and manage cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in AngularJS for Employee Service Portal customization.
• Familiarity with other enterprise systems like SAP, Workday, and Oracle.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to set and control customer expectations.
• Analytical mindset for requirement gathering, effort estimation, and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication skills to train internal teams and liaise with stakeholders.
