Job descriptionRole: Consultant - Experience CentreLocation: On-siteWorking Days: 6 Days WorkingAbout the RoleWe are looking for passionate and dynamic individuals to join Leverage Edu as Consultants at ourExperience Centre. In this role, you will act as a student-first mentor, guiding students throughouttheir study abroad journey. You will help students shortlist the right courses and universities andensure a smooth admission and enrollment process. As the primary point of contact, you willmaintain strong relationships with students and deliver an exceptional experience throughout theirjourney.Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete student journey including onboarding, counseling, and regular follow-ups.

Develop a strong understanding of university admissions processes and intake cycles.

Guide students regarding standardized exams such as GRE, GMAT, IELTS, and TOEFL.

Build and maintain trusted relationships with students as their admission advisor.

Track and review student applications to resolve any issues in the process.

Coordinate with the Visa team and international offices for post-offer processes.

Execute effective sales strategies and achieve targets during admission intake cycles.

Requirements

Graduate or MBA in Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field.

1-5 years of relevant work experience (experience in ed-tech or education counseling is

preferred).

Strong sales and negotiation skills with a student-first approach.

Excellent research and analytical abilities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and manage projects effectively under tight deadlines.
