Qualification: Bachelor's or Master’s in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fieldKey Responsibilities:Develop and implement PR strategies and brand communication plansWrite and distribute press releases, media kits, newsletters, and thought leadership articlesManage media relations and coordinate with journalists, bloggers, and influencersPlan and execute brand-building campaigns, product launches, and corporate eventsEnsure consistent brand voice across all touchpoints – print, digital, and social mediaMonitor media coverage and create PR reports and analyticsCollaborate with internal teams (marketing, digital, HR) to ensure brand alignmentDevelop brand guidelines and ensure adherence across departmentsWork with design and content teams for high-impact brand collateralCrisis communication planning and reputation managementRequired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's/Master’s in Marketing, PR, Mass Communication, or a related fieldExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong network of media contacts (print, digital, broadcast) is a plusAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesKnowledge of branding principles, storytelling, and audience targetingProficiency in content creation tools and media monitoring software
