Reports To: Director of Sales / VP of International Business
Job Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:Market Expansion: Identify and develop new international markets and business opportunities.Sales Strategy: Formulate and implement international sales strategies aligned with company goals.Client Acquisition: Build and manage relationships with distributors, partners, and direct clients across global territories.Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets by driving revenue growth in assigned international markets.Negotiation & Contracts: Handle high-value negotiations, contracts, and pricing with overseas clients and partners.Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with product, marketing, logistics, and finance teams for efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all international sales activities comply with local laws, export-import regulations, and internal standards.Market Research: Analyze trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in different regions to refine strategies.Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and regional trends to senior management.Trade Shows & Travel: Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).5–8 years of experience in international sales or global business development.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding international sales targets.Strong knowledge of global markets, trade practices, and cross-border regulations.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work across different time zones and business environments.Willingness to travel internationally as needed.Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).Familiarity with CRM systems and international sales platforms.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Revenue generated from international markets.Number of new international clients acquired.Market share growth in target countries.Client retention and satisfaction.Timely achievement of sales targets and expansion goals.
