Senior Process ManagerRoles and responsibilities: Experience with Media Mix models in any of these industries retail/ FMCG/ Pharma/ Travel Implemented regression models/ forecasting models / mixed models /hierarchical linear models for MMM Good Understanding of ATL/ BTL marketing vehicles and marketing campaigns Familiarity with different types of adstock effects, saturation effects Implemented optimization solution for media budget allocation Developed MMM scenario planner and optimization tool using Python and Flask API Knowledge of AWS services like Sagemaker, Fargate will be preferred Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey strategies and recommendations to clients and stakeholders Demonstrated product development skills to drive innovation and packaging of ideas to address client's needs Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Proven hands-on expertise building advanced analytics solutions to roll-up sleeves, lead the team and own the space Technical and Functional Skills: Master's / Bachelor's degree in Management / Engineering / Mathematics / Statistics or any related quantitative discipline with 6+ years of work experience in Media Mix models in any of these industries retail/ FMCG/ Pharma/ Travel. Strong analytical, statistical/machine learning and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and build solutions.
