- Work with Product Owners, Operations, country/business stakeholders to understand the requirement, design and prepare technical solutions
- Coordinate and work with interface partners to build or enhance or test any surrounding systems
- Should manage a delivery from inception till delivery complying to SDLC standards
- Assist support team to resolve critical production issues
- Code review, test case and test results review
- Independent testing (ST/SIT/OAT/UAT/UVT) Support
- Implementation and post implementation support
- Identify and optimize high resource intensive/expensive process/transaction/jobs
- Application training or change walkthrough to business/country Ops
- Experience in managing mainframe application delivery
- Good understanding on Agile methodologies and able to work with various teams/team members across multiple geographies
- Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
- Micro focus Cobol, Enterprise Developer, Enterprise Server
- Trade Finance/Banking Domain
- Mainframe to Microfocus migration experience
