- Lead sourcing strategies while developing and maintaining partnerships with enablers like skill centres, job fairs etc. through online and offline employer branding activities
- Maintaining constant pipeline of freshers and fulfilling experience vacancies
- Ensure induction and deployment process as per company policy and existing SOPS
- Devise strategies to increase employee retention through seamless onboarding experience and employee connect at regional level
- Identify yearly training needs and implement yearly training plan to enhance employee capability
- Travel as and when required
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree in HR or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is preferred.
- Experience:
- PG-MBA with 8+ years in Human Resources in handling recruitment for retail financial services businesses in banks, NBFCs, small finance bank, MFIs, etc.
- Experienced in high volume recruitment in financial space.
- Previous experience in the microfinance, banking, or financial services industry is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and social media recruitment tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a results-oriented approach.
