- Brand Communication and Positioning: You will support the positioning of the company as an industry leader within the pharmaceutical sector through compelling storytelling, media engagement, and thought leadership content.
- Media Relations: You will build and maintain strong relationships with relevant media outlets, coordinate press releases, respond to media queries, and manage proactive and reactive media communications.
- Internal Communication: You will collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop and execute employee engagement campaigns, support change management communications, and facilitate leadership announcements and company updates.
- Digital and Social Media Management: You will manage the company’s digital presence, including content creation and campaigns for internal digital channels and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the overall corporate strategy.
- Crisis Communication: You will assist in issues management and crisis communication planning, ensuring timely and accurate communication with stakeholders during sensitive situations.
- Content Creation: You will create engaging content for a wide range of formats, including articles, presentations, speeches, newsletters, website copy, and executive messaging.
- Stakeholder Engagement: You will support the planning and execution of external events, conferences, and CSR activities that reinforce the company’s strategic priorities and community commitments.
- Compliance: You will ensure all communications are aligned with company policies and comply with regulatory requirements and local cultural context.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG sectors.
- Demonstrated proficiency in developing digital communication strategies and managing social media platforms.
- Experience in media relations and crisis communication is preferred.
- Creative thinking and strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment, balancing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
