SalesJob Purpose: IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Anand, Gujarat. As a Relationship Manager for our Gold Loan department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers to drive sales and achieve business targets.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients by identifying and acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Promote and sell Gold Loan products to customers, ensuring high conversion rates
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing and disbursement
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Gold Loan business
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines to ensure a safe and secure working environment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Knowledge of Gold Loan products and services is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
