Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, PLC systems, electrical systems, and industrial machinery is required.Key Competencies:· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of plant machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operations.· Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.· Monitor equipment performance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.· Maintain maintenance schedules, logs, and technical documentation for all plant equipment.· Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.· Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards across maintenance activities.· Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for repairs, servicing, or replacements.· Support the installation, commissioning, and upgrading of new machinery and systems.
