Job Description JOB SUMMARY: The Solutions Architect at Argano plays a critical role in designing and implementing technological solutions for our small to mid-size clients. This role requires a deep understanding of both technical and business aspects, as well as the ability to work closely with clients, technical teams, and other stakeholders. They have an expertise understanding of coding languages. They are responsible for participating in creating solution diagrams, interfacing with technical experts, and are key for ensuring end-to-end solutioning for projects. They support the development of models that illustrate how a product/solution provides value to customers. They work on complex projects and analyze critical issues to come up technical solutions. A Solution Architect is responsible for coordinating certain projects and activities with other areas, teams and positions. Job Responsibilities Acts as Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft Power Platform area to external and internal stakeholders. Design, architect and develop custom scalable solutions on Power platform and AI builder models ensuring best practices and conformance to business objectives. Collaborate with cross functional teams at all levels. Provide direction to internal project teams and ensure the smooth delivery of quality work. Guide the team in troubleshooting and overall solution strategies. Ensures the highest quality solution designs and implementation. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their strategic goals, and aligning technical solutions, accordingly, produces technical and software specification documentation that allows remote development teams to implement solutions as designed. Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure adherence to industry best practices. Manage and prioritize the flow of work starting with idea intake, analysis, definition, backlog, and through the build and delivery phase. Project team coaching, mentorship, governance around best practices. Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles. Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Leverage market research, design thinking, and continuous exploration to understand customer and market needs. Desired Skill Set 8 - 10 years of extensive experience in Technology or Professional Services with at least 5 years of experience in Power Platform or any low code platform. Mastery of multiple technology stacks, platforms, and frameworks, expertise in designing highly complex and scalable solutions. Canvas Power Apps, Power Automate Flows, Model Driven Apps, Power BI, Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, Dynamics 365 CE, PCF Controls, JavaScript, HTML or C# knowledge and experience working with XML resources. Experience as a Software Engineer/Architect working on industrial strength software and a proven track record of technically leading commercially successful software products. Experience with at least 3 implementation projects as Solution Architect role. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills. Deep understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Co-pilot studio. Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and training junior staff. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with an ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
