The ideal candidate should be creative, execution-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentRequirementsKey Responsibilities1. Social Media Management· Manage and execute content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook· Plan weekly and monthly content calendars· Post reels, carousels, and graphics as per schedule· Monitor engagement, comments, and DMs2. Content Creation (Video + Graphics)· Shoot videos (indoor + outdoor shoots)· Edit reels, shorts, and long-form videos· Create graphics using Canva (posts, thumbnails, banners)· Maintain brand consistency (colours, tone, fonts)3. Video Production· Handle end-to-end video execution: scripting support → shooting → editing → posting· Work on reels, podcast clips, and awareness videos· Basic understanding of framing, lighting, and audio4. Performance Marketing (Basic)· Assist in running Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook)· Basic understanding of lead generation campaigns· Track campaign performance and suggest improvements5.
