Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, achieve targeted sales. Aggressively driving Sales Planning, Forecasting Sales & Customer Service Management. Competitor Trend Monitoring and Benchmarking in order to effectively balance competing priorities in order to meet all customer expectations, such as keeping up with competitors, residential property offerings, pricing, location, quality, and so on. To scan the market, identify opportunities for business growth, prepare and implement growth plans. Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times.
