- Opportunity Shaping & Lead Conversion
- Support lead generation efforts with Sales and BU leadership
- Participate in early client discussions to shape opportunities
- Converting marketing and sales leads to qualified opportunities
- Identify client needs across PV services, AI, automation, and platforms
- Define win themes and solution positioning early in pursuit cycle
- Drive qualification framework (fit, value, competitiveness, risk)
- End-to-End Pursuit Management
- Own the solutioning workstream across the entire deal lifecycle
- Partner with BU Head and Sales to drive opportunity strategy
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including delivery, technology, quality, and SMEs
- Define solution architecture (services, FSP, hybrid, tech-enabled, AI-driven models)
- Manage pursuit timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Ensure alignment between commercial strategy and delivery feasibility
- RFI / RFP Response Leadership
- Lead end-to-end RFI and RFP response development
- Analyze requirements and define response strategy
- Develop structured, differentiated, and high-quality responses
- Collaborate with SMEs to craft domain-specific content
- Ensure compliance with client instructions and evaluation criteria
- Maintain consistency, messaging clarity, and solution differentiation
- Proposal Development & Quality Ownership
- Own overall proposal structure, storyline, and messaging
- Write executive summaries and value propositions
- Develop solution narratives across PV services and technology
- Ensure proposals are compelling, differentiated, and client-focused
- Drive proposal reviews and quality assurance
- Ensure consistency across commercial, technical, and operational sections
- Solution Design & Deal Strategy
- Define end-to-end PV solution models
- Support competitive positioning and win strategy
- Define value-based differentiation and transformation messaging
- Collaborate with delivery leaders to ensure scalability
- Pricing & Commercial Strategy Support
- Support pricing model development (FTE, unit-based, hybrid, outcome-based)
- Work with finance and delivery to define cost structures
- Ensure pricing competitiveness and margin alignment
- Support commercial negotiation strategy
- Develop pricing assumptions and guardrails
- Client Presentations & Deal Support
- Develop client pitch decks and solution presentations
- Support oral presentations and proposal defenses
- Participating in client workshops and discovery sessions
- Present solution approach to client stakeholders
- Support Q&A and follow-ups during evaluation phase
- Market Intelligence & Competitive Insights
- Track PV market trends including AI and automation adoption
- Analyze competitor offerings and positioning
- Identify emerging PV outsourcing and platform trends
- Provide insights to BU leadership for offering evolution
- Support development of solution accelerators and reusable assets
- Success Metrics / KPIs
- Setting up regular governance meetings with all stakeholders
- Opportunity conversion rate
- Win rate on pursued opportunities
- Win rate improvement
- Proposal quality and client feedback
- Deal cycle time reduction

- The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.
- 10+ years in solutioning, presales, consulting, managed services, or business development roles. Any experience in Pharmacovigilance and/or working with pharma and biotech clients is an added advantage
- Ability to learn Pharmacovigilance domain quickly
- Background in any of these areas will be helpful
- CRO presales or solutioning leaders
- Consulting firms (Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, etc.)
- Life sciences services solutioning leaders
- BPO / managed services presales leaders
- Clinical / Regulatory solution leaders
- Technology-enabled services solutioning
- Experience working with cross-functional SMEs
- Strong executive communication and storytelling skills. Solution architecture and structured thinking
- Experience leading large RFP and pursuit cycles. Experience responding to global RFPs and RFIs
- Strong commercial and deal strategy experience. Commercial and pricing awareness
- Proposal writing and executive storytelling. Strong communication and presentation skills
- Stakeholder management. Ability to establish credibility with a variety of audiences and to be decisive

- Well versed with the technological advancement in PV including advanced data analytics, application of automation and artificial intelligence and data science

- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Life sciences degree preferred but not mandatory
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
