- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
- Experience in managing and customizing experience to a customer base.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying close attention to detail.
- Proactive, independent worker with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others.
- Interest in working toward strategic targets.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently.
- Work towards assigned strategic goals, while prioritizing and delivering an excellent customer sales experience to Google's agencies and advertisers.
- Implement creative ways to improve our agency and customer relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions, and promote other Google products.
- Communicate with customers/agencies proactively via phone, email and/or direct contact.
- Provide strategic advice and help our advertisers get the best return on investment on their advertising investment by working closely with them in a consultative role.
