- Manage international payroll operations for EMEA and APAC, with additional exposure to US payroll as an advantage.
- Handle payroll for multiple countries simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Perform Gross to Net calculations and maintain payroll accounting, preferably with NetSuite exposure.
- Work under tight deadlines and manage employee payroll inquiries effectively.
- Compile and submit payroll data to ADP and other vendors, and maintain payroll spreadsheets by country.
- Coordinate with HR, commission, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of payroll-related data.
- Review and reconcile payroll reports from ADP and manage payments to employees and third parties.
- Issue leaver documentation, retain payroll records, and handle month-end journals and reconciliations.
- Understand tax year-end processes in all countries and address queries from employees, HR, Finance, and auditors.
- Conduct quarterly and year-end payroll activities, including W-2 and W-4 management, and handle garnishments and wage assignments.
- Manage payroll vendor relationships and be flexible to work in EMEA and other shifts as necessary.
- Oversee payroll for over 800 employees across multiple countries.
- Minimum 6-7 years of payroll experience.
- Experience with ADP is advantageous.
- Advanced Excel skills are required.
- Possess a positive attitude, be a motivated problem solver, and have a customer-oriented focus.
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of new payroll setup and payroll transition processes.
