Job Overview We are looking for an HR Manager to join our team at Flying-Crews. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in HR management and be familiar with current HR trends and best practices. This is a full-time role that can be done remotely or as a freelance position, based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
