What You'll Do- Seamlessly onboard new F&B partners and guide them on platform features.- Build strong relationships with brand stakeholders to boost satisfaction & retention.- Identify upselling & cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.- Manage sales pipeline via CRM tools with accuracy & efficiency.- Share market insights and collaborate with internal teams (Ops, Marketing, Product). What We're Looking For:- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales/account management/customer success (F&B, SaaS, or e-commerce preferred).- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.- Strong ability to identify growth opportunities and tailor solutions.- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) & MS Office.- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.- Passion for food & scaling F&B brand success.
