We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Brand Manager who will be responsible for conducting market research, consumer research and specific category research for various ongoing branding & product development projects. The Assistant Brand Manager will also provide support to other Branding and Marketing Research projects as required from time to time.Responsibilities- Conduct primary consumer research including detailed consumer interactions, focus group discussions and data collection through other research methodologies like surveys with existing and potential consumers.- Support the development of brand communication materials including packaging, advertising, and promotions basis insights from consumer research.- Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies to increase brand awareness, drive brand loyalty, and support overall business objectives.- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the global Beauty & Personal care industry with an emphasis on the US geography.- Analyse data and prepare reports on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.- Develop insights to identify white spaces in the market to launch new products.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.- Assist in the planning and execution of brand events and activations.- Monitor and report on the performance of brand initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and innovations in the personal care and wellness industry.Qualifications- Master's degree in marketing, business, commerce or a related field.- 1-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field.- Experience conducting primary consumer research and analysing market data.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop insights.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with market research tools.About Transformative Ventures (The Ayurveda Experience)The Ayurveda Experience is America's largest online Ayurvedic house of brands that markets natural, herbal skincare, bodycare, haircare products and wellness supplements.
