Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective procedures are in place, and overseeing organizational processes to ensure smooth workflow and output. The Operations Executive will also be responsible for communicating with clients and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Qualifications Interpersonal skills, including the ability to work well with others and build relationships with clients and colleagues Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends Operations management skills, including the ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Experience in the travel industry or related field is preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field is preferred
