Medical transcriptionist- Level -2 - Discharge Summary

Job Description:JOB PURPOSE - To assist with timely and accurate preparation of discharge summary.Key Responsibilities:

Type & prepare discharge summaries of IP Patients
To type accurate discharge summary of IPD patients of floors.
To type accurate and timely investigation reports & feeding of investigation in HIS
To effectively coordinate for timely completion of all discharge summary of IPD patients
Updating Summaries on daily basis
Daily summary updation of at least 80% admitted patient in the respective assigned area.
Submit daily list of updated summaries of planned discharge cases in group.
To update the list of pending death summaries on regular basis.
To comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area
To comply with patient safety policy
To ensure safe utilization of equipments and proper waste disposal system.
