In this role, you will be responsible for implementing new features, customizing themes and plugins, integrating third-party tools, and ensuring optimal performance and security of our learning platform.If you are passionate about eLearning technology and enjoy solving technical challenges in Moodle, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and customize Moodle LMS to meet business requirements.Develop and maintain custom plugins, blocks, and themes.Perform Moodle version upgrades and ensure backward compatibility.Integrate Moodle with third-party systems and applications using APIs and web services.Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability.Work on database management (MySQL/PostgreSQL) for performance tuning and queries.Ensure system security, backups, and compliance with data protection standards.Collaborate with instructional designers, administrators, and QA teams to deliver seamless eLearning experiences.Document technical processes, configurations, and solutions.Critical Skills & ExperienceProven experience in Moodle LMS: installation, configuration, customization, plugin/theme development.Proficiency in PHP, MySQL/PostgreSQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.Experience with API integrations and web services (REST, SOAP).Familiarity with Linux-based hosting environments and basic server administration.Knowledge of Git/Bitbucket or other version control tools.Understanding of system security, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.Knowledge of eLearning standards such as SCORM/xAPI is desirable.Experience in Agile development environments is an advantage.Education & Certifications (Preferred)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Moodle certifications or cloud certifications (AWS/Azure) are a plus.Why Join UsBe part of exciting Moodle-based eLearning projects with global impact.Work in a collaborative and innovative team environment.Opportunity to enhance your technical expertise and grow in the eLearning domain.Full-time, onsite role providing stability and growth in Noida, India.
