Quality Manager: (QPC)

• Responsible for the inspection of all lighting products at various stages of production process to ensure adherence to established quality and safety standards.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance overall product quality and reduce production costs.
• Analyze internal systems for the production and quality control of lighting fixtures and systems.
• Ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislation related to lighting products.
• Implement and oversee procedures for process control, process improvement, testing, and inspection in manufacturing of lighting products.
• Work closely with manufacturing staff to adjust controls that govern the process based on analysis and recommendations.
• Create, manage, and maintain quality documentation specific to the lighting industry, such as quality manuals, quality procedures, etc.
• Identify training needs specific to the lighting industry and organize corresponding training interventions to meet quality standards.
• Work towards increasing customer satisfaction by improving the quality of lighting products.
• Lead and mentor quality control technicians and operators in lighting product production.
• Coordinate and support on-site audits carried out by external providers.
• Create and present reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify any need for improvements or to resolve any issues.
• Promote the use of company-wide quality tools and techniques for problem-solving and continuous process improvement in the lighting industry.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in Quality Control is a plus.
• Minimum of Eight to Ten years of experience in a similar role within the quality control field, specifically within the lighting industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of quality control standards, methodologies, and process improvements specific to the lighting industry.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that are specific to lighting product manufacturing.
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software and data analysis techniques, specifically as they apply to lighting product manufacturing.
• Detailed understanding of the production process in the lighting industry, including familiarity with manufacturing best practices and regulations specific to the field.
• Experience with quality system auditing and reporting within the lighting industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex information about lighting product manufacturing and quality control processes.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing a team within a lighting industry setting.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines, particularly in a fast-paced, high-demand lighting industry environment.
• Professional Certifications like Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), or Certified Quality Manager (CQM) would be advantageous, particularly those focused on the lighting industry.
