Infrastructure & Heavy Civil (Metro & Water Projects),
B. Industrial & Hydrocarbon (Factories) ,
C. Residential & Public Spaces (Buildings, Commercial Spaces),

The business has established itself as a premier contractor in the industrial segment, especially cement and auto sector.Currently, we are executing around 20 turnkey EPC projects comprising metros, factories, data centre, townships and residential buildings for a repertoire of clients in sectors such as Metro Rail, Cement, Auto & Auto ancillaries, Metals & Mining, FMCG, Real Estate and Defence, among others.POSITION DETAILS: Assistant Manager - Planning & CoordinationJob Title :Assistant Manager - Planning & CoordinationGrade:M0SBU:KEC-CivilBusiness:CivilLocation:HODate:Reporting to:People Management (Yes/ No): YesNumber of Reportees:JOB DUTIESJob Summary:Assistant Manager- Planning & CoordinationKey AccountabilitiesDuty StatementsLead the development of methods and procedures to cover project planning , project cost estimating, project cost control , and project budget preparation and administrationAnalysis of the project Schedule using critical path methodology; generating performance measurement monthly report for the management team; interfacing with project technical staff and engineering department to define scope of work, baseline changes variance analysis and implementation of corrective action.Preparation of Management Planning and control schedules and periodical update of the status of the project.Day to Day interaction with Client/ consultants for quoting the tendersPreparation of Project Management Plans (Scope, Time and Cost estimates) within one month of start of project and getting approval from ManagementPrepare a detailed tender synopsis (technical and commercial)Study the contract clauses, local issues and visit the siteThis person is responsible for entire technical research and analysis for each and every tenderClient presentationWork Procedure and methodologyOrganization chart - specific to projectWill be responsible for Training all Project sites to have standard MIS TrackersPreparing monthly MIS reports & circulating it within the teamTo Monitor, Monthly Progress Reports, recommend changes and improvement to the Project Manager / Project Team, this report is to include the following:Materials and Sub-contractors Tracking SchedulesProjects S Curves & HistogramsPlan / Target Vs Actual and Forecast reportsWeekly / Monthly site progress reportsSkill/ CompetenciesTechnical: Planning Skill, Strategic planning and decision makingam ManagementFunctional: PM Software savvyBehavioural: Project Planning and Execution, Site Coordination, Supervision and planningJOB SPECIFICATIONS:Years of Experience: 11 to 13 YearsQualification: BE/B.techSpecial Requirements (If any):.DEPT.
