Finance Controller

• Manage all accounting operations including billing, payroll, A/R, A/P, GL, and revenue recognition.
• Prepare and publish timely and efficiently monthly/Quarterly/Annual financial reports/deliverables to local management/Corp.
• Coordinate and drive the preparation of regulatory reporting.
• Research and implement technical accounting issues for compliance.
• Support and lead month-end, Quarter- end and year-end close processes.
• Manage cash flow and treasury Operations.
• Stakeholder management.
• Debt management and collection, Vendor Payment Management
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Manage and comply with local, state, and government reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Manage all kinds of Audit including Statutory, Internal, SOX, Tax, GST or any other Finance related Audit, as applicable.
• Process Owner for Oracle ERP implementation
• Develop, document, and monitor business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems.
• Additional controller duties, as necessary.

• Proven experience in finance and accounts operations management.

• Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
• Audit/Income Tax/GST Experience
• Compliance oriented.
• Proficiency in accounting software/ERP Oracle/SAP
