Your efforts will contribute directly to our mission of simplifying complex processes through innovative design, making data analysis both simple and enjoyable for our users.ResponsibilitiesAs a UX-UI Designer at Voxco, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities aimed at enhancing user satisfaction and engagement.

Create and present design solutions and strategies that bring the user story to life.
Work in close collaboration with the product management team to grasp the product visions and user necessities, turning intricate requirements into comprehensible, user-friendly interfaces.
Lead user research and usability studies to collect insights, pinpoint user issues, and comprehend behaviors and needs.
Lead ideas to improve products and services through research-driven insights and recommendations.
Identify and articulate innovative design patterns suitable across multiple products.
Develop and refine user personas, journey maps, and wireframes, ensuring user-centered design principles are integral throughout the product development process.
Design and prototype interactive solutions, refining based on user feedback and usability testing to guarantee the final product aligns with user expectations.
Liaise with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and marketing, to ensure design concepts are flawlessly transformed into functional and visually appealing user experiences.
Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UX design, continually exploring innovative ways to enhance the usability and attractiveness of our products.

RequirementsJob Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in design (user experience, HCI (human-computer-interaction) or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of experience in UX-UI design, with a focus on developing digital products featuring complex user interfaces.
A robust portfolio that showcases your UX-UI design skills and methodology, from user research to prototyping and final design implementation.
Experience with agile development teams, adopting a flexible and adaptable approach to design.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
Demonstrated ability in conducting user research and usability testing, with the competence to turn findings into design improvements.
A deep understanding of user-centered and interaction design principles, with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering intuitive and accessible user experiences.
Familiarity or experience in the field of surveys and insights is a plus.
