Job Title: DMDepartment: PDD
Reports to: PDD Experience: Experience of 4-5 years in financial markets/IT industry would be desirable.
Required Qualification: Minimum graduatePreferred Qualification: Post-Graduation inFinance –Preferably MBASkill, Knowledge & Trainings: SkillsThe incumbent must demonstrate the following skills:
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Communication/drafting skills
  • Familiarity with working in a highly computerized environment
Knowledge
  • Experience in preparing BRS or Functional Specifications, Test Plans, Test scenarios, Acceptance criteria, Test cases
  • Experience in functional testing, test planning and test execution
  • Experience in integration testing, system testing using manual and automated test scenarios and test cases.
TrainingTraining in financial products is not a pre requisite but would be considered as an added advantageCore Competencies: Committed, Self Motivated, Adaptable, Integrity.Good Knowledge of IT systems
Good Documentation Skills
Good Knowledge of testing techniques.Functional Competencies:
  • Experience in testing of Securities, Money and Derivatives Markets products/systems.
  • Good Understanding of Financial Markets.
  • Testing Experience of Mobile Apps is required.
  • Testing Experience of Trading Systems is desirable.
Job Purpose: Recruitment for conducting/supervising testing of Products developed in the Product Development Department.
Area of Operations Key Responsibility Be responsible for engaging with business units for understanding trading and Settlement systems. To work closely with Business departments and Application development teams to understand the requirements towards new developments, be responsible for business analysis, preparation of BRS, Test planning, Test scenarios for various functionalities Candidate will be required to co-ordinate across different

  • Documentation including Business
Requirement Specifications
  • Coordinating with various stakeholders and vendors
  • Preparing functional test cases
  • Monitoring and alignment with Project deadlines.
  • Responsible for ensuring appropriate teams, stakeholders, business departments, vendors and IT Infrastructure teams. est coverage and execution for various test cycles
  • Maintain defect logs, publish testing reports to all stakeholders and track defects to closure.
Any Other Requirement: Should be ready to work in shifts and late hours. Should be ready to relocate to other office on a staggered and/or continuous basis, as and when required to do so.
