The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and third-party integrations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows.Customize Salesforce standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, or AppExchange products.Participate in full application lifecycle — requirement gathering, technical design, development, testing, and deployment.Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Optimize performance and scalability of solutions across large data volumes.Maintain documentation for system design, processes, and best practices.Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates and recommend ways to leverage new features.Perform unit testing and support QA and UAT processes.Provide production support, troubleshoot bugs, and implement fixes.
