The ideal candidate must have a good understanding of CSR laws, community engagement, and CSR program delivery. The recruit will play a pivotal role in driving positive social impact.ResponsibilitiesSupport in developing, implementing, and managing CSR programs and projects in alignment with Colgate-Palmolive India's CSR strategy and goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CSR principles into business operationsPlan and execute community engagement activities, volunteer initiatives, and philanthropic projects to support education, health, environmental sustainability, and other key areas.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CSR programs, tracking key performance indicators and reporting on outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.Stay informed about CSR trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and standards.Communicate CSR initiatives internally and externally through various channels, including presentations, reports, and social media.QualificationsMaster’s degree in a relevant field (CSR, Sustainability or Business Mgmt).4-6 years of experience in related fields.Strong knowledge of CSR principles, practices, and trends, with a passion for making a positive impact on society.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute CSR initiatives effectively.Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, government officials, and NGO partners.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire others around CSR goals and objectives.Analytical mindset, with the ability to gather and analyze data to measure the impact of CSR programs and drive continuous improvement.English language proficiency, hands on knowledge of Google Suite, MS Office, design tools like Canva etc.#LI-RS1Our Commitment to Sustainability
