  • Leading and mentoring a team of Sales Executives/Area Sales Managers
  • Driving primary and secondary sales across assigned territories
  • Expanding dealer/contractor networks and managing key accounts
  • Ensuring timely collections and maintaining healthy credit cycles
  • Developing and executing regional sales strategies
  • Conducting regular market visits, competitor analysis, and reporting
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience in plywood, laminates, or allied building materials
  • Excellent leadership, communication & negotiation skills
  • Strong dealer network knowledge and field experience
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Willing to travel extensively
