Job Description:Job DescriptionRole: Project CoordinatorLocation: BangaloreWho are we looking for?An experienced Project coordinator to lead and manage a project for one of our clients. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in administration and migration.Technical Skills:

Mandatory:
Minimum 8 Years’ Experience in Project coordination or Project support
Good knowledge on Change, Incident & problem management
Manage the app packaging requests through its entire lifecycle
Lead a team of 10 coordinators. Prior experience as team lead preferred
Monitor & review the request and update the status to user on daily basis with ETA
Build relationships with the user to quickly understand requirements and business objectives
Coordinate with packaging team for package creation and monitor the SLA as well to complete the task.
UAT will be followed up with client for sign off, if user faces issue while testing same will be coordinated between & Packager.
After UAT Sign off from business, coordinate with deployment team to deploy the package into prod environment
Preparing SOP and creating KB article for newly found issues.
Updating daily task in SharePoint tracker at the end of the day.
Managing the crisis situations and work under pressure to resolve the problems.
Experience in Incident, Problem and Change Management process
Experience in any ticketing tools like SNOW, ITSM etc.
Good to have Minimum 2 years’ Experience in APPV Management console (virtualized application) for Physical & Virtual environments.

Behavioral Skills:

Resolve process issues of projects and explore alternate designs
Good communication and people skills
Work as Team Leader and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.

Qualification:

Flexible in supporting any shifts ( 24/7) Including Night Shift.
Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
