Responsibilities also include documentation review, maintaining product quality, raising change controls, managing inventory for the area, coordinating training, conducting initial incident investigations, and managing process orders." Roles & Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for overseeing execution of day-to-day production/packing activities.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring productivity, meeting the operational demands, ensuring quality compliance and overseeing regular equipment safety and maintenance.
  • You will be responsible for performing batch execution in OSD packaging.
  • Shop floor compliance, Adherence to the Plan and update, Exception review on daily basis and closure with action plan, ATAR & CLIT execution compliance in shop floor, Batch record review and release, JH updates and progress monitoring, Batch record report review and release within 3 days of execution, Line clearance verification and co-ordination with QA, Batch In-process monitoring & adherence to plan, Dispensing planning & Follow-up, PM Task verification and closure, RQ task co-ordination and closure, Qualification plan for new area and equipment (URS, DQ, DQR, SLIA etc.) execution, General material Stock availability and compliance, Ensuring adherence to the all Monthly and Quarterly activities, To impart training to all the new joiners and ensure on time OJT, Area upkeep and maintenance wrt Asset and WIP., SAP Posting of the batches, MOC, PSSR & HIRA for all the new installation and modifications, Periodic review of SOP's and revision on time, On time closure of Change control & CAPA action plan, Resource management and shift scheduling, Review of new product documents viz. CB/EB protocol & report, MPC, Tooling specification etc, Ensuring full kitting for new products (Accessories and Change parts), Batch division and Change part trial on time, GxP Inventory list and Equipment/area list updation, PR-PO tracking and Capex initiation for production projects, ACR and PSCR for the projects, QRA for major Changes and Change control initiation, Audit, preparation, participation, audit response, Gemba and Audit compliance, Digitalization Enablement and Lean implementation at shop floor, Cleaning Validation update and execution on time, Equipment / Area release checklist as per need, Asset Health Tracking, Break down analysis, Alarm analysis and action plan, Batch cycle time optimization, and Cleaning process simplification.

  • Knowledge of Pas|X
  • Knowledge & Experience in OSD manufacturing & packing.
  • Knowledge & Experience in Tablet/Capsule manufacturing & Packing.
