- Identifies the business need and channelize the people's strategies to enable the delivery of organizational goals.
- Ensure effective resolution and grievance addressing mechanism in line with Flipkart policies and processes (SOP).
- Executions of core programs and support in the organizational change, people processes and business improvement initiatives.
- Be the communication champion for the facility.
- Identify and build capacity towards quicker turnaround towards changes in policies and procedures.

- Ensuring 100% manpower availability on floor in line with AOP (Annual Operating Plan)
- Partner with the central talent acquisition team to ensure closure of open mandates within the timelines.
- Develop and manage cost effective sourcing channels like NAPS and multi-skilling of associates.
- Designing a structured engagement program in line with the business need and focusing on engagement pillars like recognition, connect development, fun at work, celebrations, events, culture and alignment towards company philosophy and goals.
- Conducting employee engagement surveys with grass root discussions and action planning to foster a culture of listening and care
- Drive the culture of gratitude and appreciation in the facility.
- Adherence to statutory compliance by partnering with all the respective stakeholders and regular traction on compliance parameters.
- To ensure that all gaps identified in monthly/quarterly audits are bridged effectively by respective stakeholders and partnering vendors.
- Responsible to deal with POSH / Ethics/ Infosec cases and close the investigation within timelines.
- Prepare the monthly payroll inputs and share ahead with the center payroll team for the smooth payroll process.

- 3 to 4yrs of experience in regional HRBP role
- Candidates from Ecommerce, FMCG, FMCD & retail sector are preferred.
- Should have experience in managing FTE/ FTC employees.
- Good in handling IR Issues, compliance etc.
