- Maintain Record and Book keeping
- Prepare and file GSTR1, GSTR2, GSTR3B, GSTR9
- Prepare and file TDS return
- Prepare payroll and file PF, ESI & PT
- Prepare P&L for advance tax periodically
- Make property tax payments periodically
- Maintain & renew business licenses periodically
- Audit & make payments to suppliers and payables periodically
- Manage and keep control over receivables as per management guideline and instructions
- Manage operational expenses
- Manage and oversee all aspects and function of billing
- Cash Management: Managing cash flow and ensuring that the organization has sufficient funds to meet its financial obligations
- Reconcile bank accounts periodically
- Reconcile supplier accounts periodically
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Developing and monitoring budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to ensure that the organization is meeting its financial objectives
- Financial Analysis: Conducting financial analysis, developing financial models, and creating reports that summarize the organization's financial performance to specific deadline
- Financial Reporting: Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management
- Conduct internal audit periodically across all departments associated with finance
- Conduct month-end and year-end closures
- Honor statutory notices, liaise with concerning auditors for closure of same
- Liaise with auditors to ensure periodic audit is carried out
- Resolve functional concerns faced by staff related to billing
- Perform various risk and control assessments
- Ensuring that the organization is complying with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Ensure integrity of accounting information across all departments associated with finance
- Review accounting systems and make suggestions for improvements and develop financial procedures to improve efficiency
- Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks that may impact the organization's financial performance
- Keeping abreast of changes in statutory legislation and regulations, duly submit recommendations in accordance
- Team Management: Overseeing the work of the finance team and providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members
- You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Professional Services and Financial Services.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
