Job Title SailPoint Business AnalystKey Responsibilities:Requirement Gathering & Analysis:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements for SailPointAnalyze current IAM processes, identify gaps, and propose future state solutions.Translate business needs into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.SailPoint Solution Design & Configuration:Lifecycle Management (LCM): Design and configure LCM processes (joiner, mover, leaver), access requests, and approval/provisioning workflows.Workflows: Develop and optimize complex workflowsProvisioning & De-provisioning: Implement automated provisioning/de-provisioning strategies for target applications via connectors.Application Onboarding: Lead the technical onboarding of enterprise applications, including connector configuration and attribute mapping.Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Support the design and implementation of roles, entitlements, and access policies.Access Certifications: Configure and manage access certification campaigns.Technical Documentation & Support:Create comprehensive documentation (FDDs, TDDs, process flows, training materials).Provide operational support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.Assist in the execution of test plans (UAT, SIT).Stakeholder Management & Communication:Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.Present complex technical concepts clearly.Manage ServiceNow tickets related to IAM access.Automation & Optimization:Support the implementation of process automationParticipate in integrating privileged access management (PAM) solutions
