Role ResponsibilitiesStrategy
  • Ensure strict compliance of Internal procedures in line with the standards laid down as per the Quality Policy
  • To develop the Bank’s relationships with Clients through marketing and sales of Financial Market products.
  • Develop and implement Risk Management Strategies spanning the entire Treasury Product Suite for a portfolio of customers in the region.
  • Candidate needs to be well versed with forex framework and the regulatory FEMA guidelines. Will need to work with multiple stakeholders to ensure Forex Budgets are achieved
  • Develop a productive working relationship with the client’s key decision makers through calling, visits, and provision of relevant ideas.
  • Work with Relationship Managers and Originate new clients to market and sell Financial Market products.
  • Diligent coverage of the daily flow business meeting all required standards and procedures.
  • Drive the client engagement for RWA optimisation to improve the overall FM product RoRWA.
Business
  • Work with the rest of the team to deliver on set objectives.
  • To continuously engage clients and internal stakeholders.
  • To ensure achievement of individual target for own portfolio of clients, as well as contributing towards units and regions financial targets.
  • To work closely with corporate banking team and other stake stakeholders in providing a partnership approach to designated clients.
  • To maintain frequent and high-quality dialogue with the support functions of Financial Markets.
  • To build relationships and work with other business units in order to cross sell SCB's products and services.
  • To provide product training to internal/external clients.
  • Assist team members to develop required skills in sales, risk and technical knowledge through a process of coaching, appraisal, identification and action on training needs, with appropriate follow up to ensure that new learning is put to effective use.

Other ResponsibilitiesOur Ideal Candidate
  • Education: CA / MBA (Finance)
10+ years of Corporate Banking financial markets sales experience in an international/ regional environment preferably with an excellent understanding of the market competitive landscape in the country.
