Role Overview:Lead and manage the daily operations of a full-service branch, ensuring excellence in sales, customer service, compliance, profitability, and team development in alignment with the bank's strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development- Drive growth in liabilities (CA, SA, FD), assets (Home, Auto loans), and fee-based products (MF, Insurance, Gold).- Develop and monitor branch sales plans and outbound activities.- Expand market share within the branch catchment area.- Ensure quality customer acquisition and lead management.2. Customer Service- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and resolve escalations.- Conduct regular customer visits and engagement programs.- Ensure efficient lobby management and service delivery.3. Compliance & Risk Management- Ensure adherence to operational and regulatory guidelines.- Monitor audit scores, fraud prevention measures, and risk controls.- Maintain key registers and conduct periodic verifications.4. Branch Profitability- Optimize Net Interest Income (NII), fee income, and operational expenses.- Monitor daily financial reports and enhance product penetration.5. Brand & Infrastructure Management- Uphold brand standards inside and outside the branch.- Ensure branch upkeep, equipment functionality, and staff presentation.6. Team & Capability Building- Mentor and train staff; conduct workshops and certifications.- Plan manpower needs and facilitate job rotations.7.
