Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Malda. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and managing sales processes. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for generating leads and closing deals to achieve sales targets. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the agriculture or fertilizer industry Ability to develop and maintain long-term business relationships Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture or related field
